My funds have been on hold for 2 weeks, after submitting my mums ID instead of mine, as I am the original shop owner. I believe Etsy misunderstood the situation and thought I wanted to transfer the shop to someone else, when in fact I thought they already had my details and I just wanted to add my mum as a shop member. We submitted the information again with my ID and explained that we both work together but the account/shop is mine.
We have successfully run our shop for 3 years without any problems. We have thousands of sales and hundreds of 5 star reviews. I have made the decision to put my shop on holiday as I’m reluctant to keep accepting orders when my funds are on hold. I am desperate to get my shop reopened but I am just stuck for answers to move forward. I have sent multiple emails to Etsy's Trust and Safety team, and had endless conversations on live chat but I have not heard back from them in over two weeks.
Has anyone else experienced issues and how did it get solved.

Shop members don't need their ID uploaded. You just add them as shop members.

I can see my post has been moved to “managing my shop” and marked as a solution. This doesn’t help me with my query/problem.
