I think I've got an order gone missing?
From my shop's front page, when I click on my past "sales", it shows my last sale (yesterday) was a pair of baby diamond earrings. But when I go into my dashboard, the order is nowhere to be found. Neither under orders, nor in my seller's account.
Similar happened with the previous order, a pearl pendant. The item showed as an order from my front shop page, but it was slow to show on my dashboard, took an hour or two for it to show up on my dashboard.
Also, now (by happenstance?) I haven't had an order or a favorite in nearly twelve hours? Very "Abby Normal".

Update of sorts. I just received a subsequent order, for a pearl Y necklace. When I look at my past sales (link) from my shop's front page, the thumbnail for the missing order then fell off, dissappeared.

I've had one too. Not showing in my orders page since last week. I contacted Etsy Saturday and they say they are aware and are dealing with it but now the missing order is 'overdue' which is showing on my dashboard so I'm worried I'm going to get unfairly penalised for it. I have no way to access this missing order or contact the buyer. I don't even know what it is.

I wonder if this is the "phantom order" glitch still rearing its ugly head?

On the latter thread the shop's order page apparently didn't update for 3 days.
At times I wonder if like fuel consumption & mpg's, Etsy needs a "gpm", glitches per minute? lol, though really not funny.

Yes, it does sound like the "phantom order" glitch is still going on since MARCH -- when these threads were posted. You would think it would be fixed by now.

That first thread is mine, I just posted it before replying to this one. If my (phantom) order is now overdue then it must have been placed more than a week ago.

On the Dashboard under Your open orders. @PristinityJewelry It's sending my anxiety into overdrive.

It just says I have an order overdue but I don't and on my orders and shipping page the number is 20 but i can only see 19 so I'm assuming the overdue order is this missing one.

@PristinityJewelry did you check completed orders? I have found canceled orders there before that I never canceled. but that was years ago

You probably already tried this, too, but did you search your orders with "diamond" to see if it comes up that way? That just removes the other filters, so seems worth a shot.

Yesterday I also received a ghost sale that lasted 3 minutes. I saw the revenue number on the dashboard and the item list was moved to the "Sold Out" category, but nothing was displayed on the order page. My guess was that the payment didnt go through eventually.
