I no longer have access to my shop

Hello.

Since 22/01/2024 my shop has been inaccessible. I can't even log in to finish my current orders.

My computer has been hacked and I have changed all my passwords.

I have sent several emails to support but no response from them.

I am losing money because my shop is no longer online, my customers can no longer contact me and Etsy never replies.

If this situation continues, I will take a lawyer to recover my money and I will file a complaint against Etsy because they prevent me from doing my professional activity.

It looks like you shop is suspended by Etsy. Hackers would keep it open and change the bank account to steal your money. They would not close the shop.

They would close the shop if the op informed Etsy they have been hacked or the hackers caused the suspension

If Etsy close a shop they can withhold any balances for up to 6 months and do tend to refund buyers for outstanding orders

The help section ( there is a link at the top of the page ) is a good place to find info to help you. If the information can be found here, Etsy may not/probably wont communicate with you over the matter. This is particularly relevant if you were listing items which breach international IP , so illegal goods or Etsy selling Policy.help.etsy.com/hc/What-Can-I-Sell-on-Etsy

try clicking your avitar top right - my profile, and see if you can get to your shop from there

@DIDIFANFAN  - Do a thorough cleaning/virus scan on any device you have used to access your shop. 

If unsure, use a different device & go to your email, banking sites etc. & change your passwords. 

If you can access your shop here & have any doubts about your account, change the expiration date of your credit card on file with Etsy to yesterday's date.
Then Etsy will not transfer funds into your bank account - or worse the hacker's account if they changed it - with an expired card on file.

If you have outstanding orders, you should be able to get the info. needed in the email Etsy sent confirming the order.

Yes, the OP has been hacked. To what end is unknown & how much info. they changed unknown. 
But their Shop Avatar is currently an Etsy logo, the user id is "Support".
