I met all my star seller stat requirements, but didn't receive the badge

During the review period in May, I met all 3 categories required to reach star seller status, but the badge did not show up on my profile. Now it tells me I am on track for the review period of June. Did anyone else have this issue?

Today is June. And you have the SS badge. I'm honestly confused as to what you're looking at and what your wanting different. Did you want it in May but didn't get it? Maybe, since you talk about May. Because it's a little late for that....

@EpochHausPrints: Remember that for the June Star, you need to look at the "previous period" data. What you see on your Star Seller page is the metrics for the July badges and star so it is telling you that you are on track for the badges and star that will be calculated on July 1.

Same glitch issue. Met all criteria as usual, but didn't get the badge for June and recieved a "let's get you on track for next month" email. Must be a tech issue because haven't had anything like this in the past year. 99.9% digital sales so it might be an issue with calculating for digital orders that don't have tracking. Is everyone experiencing this or just digital makers?

If digital file listings are set up correctly, they aren't required to have tracking and do not mess with the metrics. I have seen many digital shops have the SS with just the other 2 badges. 

If you are doing custom listings, I think I remember there being an issue with them (but am not 100% positive since I don't sell digital files and it's not applicable to me). If it is that, then you may need to figure out how to create the listings a different way so that it's not an ongoing issue.
