Star seller review badge

I was waiting patiently for an errant one star to fall off from February. I checked today to make sure that the review badge was added back on, but it was not. 
Chat was not helpful, even tho they also counted 19 5-stars and 1 3-star for the review period March-May. 
Does anyone have any idea if this is a glitch in the system this month, or how I am counting wrong? I am pretty frustrated. I was looking forward to getting the full badge back.

Since that review was on the last day of the month it totally depends what time that review was submitted. Star seller bits are in UTC time so if that review was left later in the day on Feb 29th then it could be counted as received on March 1st.  Pretty sure UTC time is 8 hours ahead of our California time so it turns into tomorrow in UTC time at like 4pm our time. If that review was left after 4pm PST on the last day of the month it's counted as being submitted on the 1st.

Ugh. Ok that would make sense. I wish the chat person would have said that too. They only counted the total 20 from March to May. He didn’t mention that one carrying over. I know that I say that review first thing in the morning, but I’m not certain if it was the 29th or 1st. Ooof. Thanks so much for your reply.

Yeah I'm honestly not sure if the live chat folks even know about that tiny detail. I only say that because I had the exact same issue and it took me about a month to get an actual answer that clarified the time zone issue. The live chat folks had absolutely no idea neither did anyone who was answering my initial emails. I had to keep pressing the issue with email support telling them I still needed help and I just kept getting copy and paste non answers until I finally got an actual human that explained the time zone issue and what time the review was submitted etc. 

It stinks and I totally understand how frustrating it can be to deal with. Even more so when these fine details aren't mentioned anywhere by etsy and their own "support" has no clue either.
