I'm having an index problem in my store

Hello, My list and most of my products are on the bestseller list, but according to the statistics, my sales and views have dropped a lot. Unfortunately, my best-selling products do not appear in the app. When I log in to my store called “EssaurBazaar” from the app, my active and visible or even selling lists do not appear when entered from the app. Can you help me with this issue, my sales have decreased by 70%? Although I have 39 products, 16 products appear on my page, people in the cart can buy them, but other customers cannot see my products. I am having a problem with the index, I have been having this problem for the last week. For months my products were being viewed, sold and liked. Now they don't show up in searches and many of my products, including best sellers, don't show up when I enter my store.

Your shop is indexed. You can do a search within your shop to double check.

Your shop and your listings come up in search for me and in your shop itself. If you were not indexed, your products would not come up in search or in your own shop and when I type your shop name, it would not say "Did you mean the shop EssaurBazaar ?" which it does.

@EssaurBazaar Etsy might've downgraded you in search because your first photo is a collage. That's a new thing.

Thank you for your information, but the problem is not that my views are falling, but that my products do not appear at all although they are active. When you enter my page, not all of my listings appear

Your shop location is "Europe". Where exactly are you?

You have no shop policies.

All your thumbnails are collages.

Any of these reasons could be the issue.

Hello, we are in Italy and we have store policies because it is a digital product, return and exchange is not allowed on etsy digital products. My images are collages, yes, but I have never had any problems with this before

@EssaurBazaar  Shop policies are important for Etsy shop quality. No matter whether you accept returns or not.

I see 40 items in your shop. I'm on mobile Chrome browser. There's another post about the app not showing all, or any, listings.

I would love it if you look at it from the app, because we can't see it from the app.

From the app I can see you have 26 items, but from desktop 39 items.

It appears that this is a problem with the IPhone Etsy App.  Someone checked my store on a Galaxy phone (using the Etsy App) and all of my listings were there.  Only about 1/2 of mine show up on iPhones.  The desktop version looks normal.  I submitted a ticket on Monday and haven’t heard back.
