I found an SEO tool and am in a trial. The backstory is that I checked my statement and the balance indicates that I have published over 400 products when I have over 200. I was wondering if you sync with a service like this I am getting charged again for publishing.
I tried to chat with customer service but each time I have yet to hear back from anyone. Is there a phone number or email that I can use?
What service are you using?
What statement? Your Etsy payment account? Did you renew all of your items?
I am using Vela. It is my payment statement. The items are only a couple of weeks old and have not been renewed.
@DLFJRDesigns: Don't know if this applies to you, but there have other reports in this forum of synchronization issues with Vela including unexpected renewals.

When I click on the link through contact request, All it ultimately goes to is chat.
Did you check your Etsy payment account to see if you have been charged for renewals?
If you were charged, then yes, your items have been renewed.
Like @BagmakerSupply mentioned, other sellers have had issues with Vela in the past.
I checked and every one of them say listing fee
