I'm having a problem with the google authenticator on my PC.

I have the authenticator working on my Apple iphone and ipad.  I need to be able to access my 2 Etsy shops on my PC.  I am using Windows 10.  When I try to sign on my etsy accounts, I put in my user id, my password and then the site wants to have the authenticator codes.  It will not accept the codes from my phone or ipad and I do not see any codes on my pc.  Can anyone help?  I cannot access my Etsy sites on my PC.

Re: I'm having a problem with the google authenticator on my PC.

I had an issue this year with the authenticator codes not being accepted. and I was using up my back-up codes logging in. You haven't mentioned whether you are using back-up codes or if you have them. I asked Etsy to remove 2FA a few months ago and they did.

I posted on the forum about it post here:

Which lead me to this post in another thread:

I used that link to get help in turning off 2FA. You will need to go through account security questions, etc with support, once you have cleared that, they will turn it off.

I hope that all helps and you get it sorted out, I am sure you will, as they did help me.
