All of my orders have been completed on time. And it says I had a late order. I'm very particular about them going out in time. I can't even see what order it *might* have been bc the download orders button isn't working. If that even shows me. Did the carrier bit pick something up until the day after it was in Outgoing and somehow that was put in me? Did I accidentally select that it would be shipped the next day via the shipping label options? What went wrong? I can't find out.
Hi @TheCraftyGordon,
After carefully checking in here, it seems that the order was shipped after the stated ship-by-date. When using Etsy Shipping label or if you want to use "future date" for Etsy Shipping Label, you need to be sure that the date set is still on or before the ship-by date. As an example:
To get a closer breakdown of your orders that were counted as late, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On-time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Download’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’. If the download link isn't working, you may try the troubleshooting steps indicated in this Help Article.
Thank you very much!
If you go the the star seller
on-time shipping and tracking
download the csv, you will see which one etsy thinks is late/not tracked
