Variations selling multiple times when on only 1 available

Hello!  I'm sellling these 1980's plastic charms.  I list each one as a variation, people often buy multiples of them from one listing to add to their collection.  for example

blue tv charm

pink roller skate

purple toilet

Since they are vinage, I only have one of each, but people either select 2 of one item (like 2 tv's) or they buy two charms from the one listing, and if I don't go in and manually turn those off, they are still available to sell. How do I fix this? The only option I"ve seen is make only 1 available and renew the listing, but then that blocks people from buy multiple charms from a l listing. Help!

You need to set the quantity at one.

Everything as mentioned above AND I would recommend linking the photo to each variation - it can help to avoid buyer confusion.
