have been receiving strange messages from some users they ask for products details then i check their profile they not exists

Those are scam attempts.  The fact that you get a "user does not exist" error when you try to answer means that Etsy has already closed down those accounts.  Don't answer, just mark the messages as spam. You will need to do that from the messages page on a PC, NOT on your phone as the Mark as spam option is not available on the app.

They are probably scammers. Etsy has already closed their user accounts.

Just mark the messages as SPAM (using a browser). Don't send anyone your email address.

Also be aware that only genuine messages from Etsy will appear in the 'from Etsy' folder of your message inbox (check this using a browser, not the app)
