I have a blocked statistic

Hi, I think my Star Seller stats aren't working properly.
I always have the 'Message Responses' between 90 and 100%. I was late responding to one message, and the statistic dropped to 0% and won't move from there even if I respond to other messages quickly.
So something's not working right.
Can anyone help me?

that depends on how many messages you received.

As NanaLeta said it depends on how many messages you receive for one miss you may need 19 to correct it.

@Criaturasdelatierra: "... even if I respond to other messages quickly." Are these other messages all the first message of a new incoming thread because that is all that counts for Star Seller.

Have you looked at the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service page (previous period for June 1st Star)? That is where the data is that Star Seller stats are based on.
