Star Seller Badge Not Appearing and No Response from Support

Dear Etsy Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’m reaching out because the Star Seller badge has not appeared on my shop, even though I believe I’ve met all the required criteria for it. I’ve reviewed my shop’s performance metrics, and everything seems to be in line with the standards Etsy sets for the Star Seller program.

Additionally, I’ve attempted to contact Etsy Support through the Seller app, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in reviewing my account and providing clarification on the Star Seller badge status.

Two things it could be

you have to have more than 5 sales from Jan-March to get the star seller badges, you have 8 in total, were 5 Jan-mar?

or

and had your first sale before 1st January .... the review from your first sale was in Feb, was it sold before Jan 1st?

i have 3 sales in march but 2 did not artived

Did you have 5 sales during Jan, Feb and March?  Your lifetime shop sales are 8.

@FossilsMaDino   It is not the arrival.  Over the three months you need to have $300 (USD and 5 sales.  This will change as the months go by.

It looks like you can easily meet the amount but not the number.  Your items are quite high priced.

Oh and you may want to be careful.  Crocodiles are an endangered species.  THe BOTS are written broadly so you may find the items removed at some point.

Etsy won't answer your questions about this issue and probably won't even see your post in this forum.

Etsy probably won't reply to your issues with the badge.  This forum is mainly answered by other sellers, not Etsy.

I did 8 sales one in jan 3 in feb 3 in march , I habe 4 reviews and Everything is good 

but the sales in march 2 did not arrived , I wanna knwo if im eleigible to win the badga in the next month when Everything arrived in good

Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered. https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/29665255990039-How-to-Track-Your-Progress-Toward-Becoming-a-...

If your first sale was 3rd January, you have not done the 3 full months

To be counted for star seller on 1st April, you had to have your first sale before 1st January

We have the same issue.  Have met all criteria and dial won't proceed past 4.7.    Can't get anyone to fix this.  Please help

Here it is over two months later and the problem is affecting me as well. Etsy "help" is feckless and ineffective.
