I have Big problem, no budgets no stars. No working

For half s month one day all dessapeared, my budgets, my star. Talked bybphone, they toldo me was not my fault , a technical issue. This new month i have all the BEST for my budgets and star Seller but It appears wrong in the general stadistics and not appearing another time

They have toldo me thats not the issue, in the tutorial for sellers isbnot necessary for the other badgets only for star Seller. They say enginner team Will look, im priority, but a month and nothing

@juliadelolmoarts star seller means nothing. It's just a badge to say 'well done'. It has no direct impact on your shop visibility or sales. Once you realise that you don't need it you will be happier. 

I went for a long time without the star seller badge because at that time I didn't use tracking. My sales are worse now, but I have the SS badge.

While customer service stats are a factor in receiving the SS badge, you do not have to have the SS badge to get the individual badges. Straight from Etsy: "You work hard to create an amazing experience for your customers, and we’re always looking for ways to highlight all of the great things you do. You can earn individual badges for customer experience when it comes to on-time shipping, quick responses, and 5-star reviews, even if you aren’t a Star Seller just yet (learn more about Star Seller here)."

From everything I am seeing I must agree with others that have posted here. "To be eligible to earn any of these badges, you must also meet the orders, sales, and shop tenure requirements: 10 orders and $300 in sales (before shipping and taxes) within the three month review period. Been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale."

@GroundZeroCreations Correct, except they changed it to 5 orders (not 10) but that page is from 2022.

Nice that you found it so succinctly written in one paragraph. It's a shame that the rest of the help pages are not written in such a clear manner.

I made a lot more money. I've been a seller here for years and I know the rules. They admitted it was a mistake. That's why I stopped taking care of my Etsy shop. I sell on many other places. It was the best decision. There is no other place with such bad customer service as here.
