Maximum number of account verifications reached - Etsy support doesnt answer.

Hello since a month I was trying to verify my bank account. 

Last time I got a message I have reached maximum verification attempts number. 

I sent a message to Etsy support and withing few days still waiting to answer. Before my account was blocked the responded very fast. 

I have blocked money, and cant do anythink more. Please help my, Im thinking I am scammed.

How have you been trying to verify?

Your shop is open and your payments are active. I would have thought this would not be possible unless you were verified.

Are you sure you were speaking with Etsy?

Yes I reported it many times to etsy support, customers can place the orders but I cant verify my account so money are blocked. Today I received 3 orders. So how etsy can block my account number verification allowing customers placing the orders in the same time. 

Guys please help. I dont know should I produce the orders and ship to customers or wait until etsy will make next step ?
