ETSY is ridiculous. Sometimes!!!! I had two orders going to the same place, I bought the label, I ship both orders then I went back and put the tracking number because they make you. I only needed to purchase one label. Now it took my star seller away because it said my tracking was late, but it wasn’t, I’m so irritated by this whole stupid thing!!!! I wish real people would look at things and see when it shipped and that it DID arrive on time, rather than taking my HARD EARNED stars.
I was docked last year for a SPAM email. I really hate the direction Etsy has went…I have many stores and have been on Etsy from 2010.
FYI it was not this shop, it was my sugar shop.
I see nothing in this shop that indicates that you have another shop.
That is a definite requirement from Etsy that you must put in your shop information.
Did you put the same tracking number in both orders?

If Etsy becomes aware of these omission, you may have another problem sooner or later.
Sorry that this happened to you. It's most likely a error entering the tracking number for one of the orders. I hope my instructions below help prevent this going forward.
I regularly have two orders back-to-back from the same buyer. They buy. Then they buy one more thing. And sometimes they buy one more thing again. Sometimes they message me and ask how they can add something to an order. I reply, just buy what you want, and I'll refund the shipping on 2nd order.
I buy my shipping label. I have to manually add the tracking number to the additional orders. I cut and paste the tracking number to do this. Cutting and pasting prevents typos within the tracking #. I also make sure there are no leading or trailing blanks in the tracking # or other extraneous characters.
To be super sure that all is well, when the tracking number is scanned, make sure that all the orders with that tracking number are also scanned. If one isn't, find the error in the tracking number and correct it. There is a short window for providing or correcting a tracking number.
