I encountered an issue with my account. When I went to the "Listings" section, a yellow box appeared saying:
"We removed listings from your shop that don't follow our policies
It looks like some of your listings weren't in line with one or more of our policies for selling on Etsy, so they're no longer active. These policies help us keep our marketplace a safe and unique destination for handmade goods, vintage items, and craft supplies.
You can check your email (******@mail.com) for more info on what can be sold on Etsy. Keep in mind, if you have multiple policy violations, we may need to remove any Star Seller badges you have or suspend your account."
I checked the listings, and there are no inactive or removed listings. I also checked the email, and there is no message regarding this.
Sorry I cannot read that yellow font
Try posting with a black font. I can't read that!
Highlight the yellow part and you can see it better. It's just the normal "we've removed your listing" message.
Is it possible that the item(s) were intellectual property? Etsy tends to be quite quick to remove listings that have designs from the likes of Disney etc. Try checking all your expired listings too.
If nothing was removed and no email then perhaps a glitch,
I suspect that it was an Intellectual Property issue. When I look at your Sold listings, page two shows a blank at the end. This is usually an indication that you used someone's Intellectual Property. Did you receive a take down notice? I noticed you have an item with a Smiley Face. Smiley, word and images, is trademarked and copyrighted.
@JuicyJoySVG: If there is nothing in 'deactivated' it is probably just a user interface glitch that has been reported several times in this forum.
But keep in mind that "violated Etsys creativity standards" can encompass much more than just if it is designed and / or made by you. The violation can be anything from a 'prohibited' word in your title, description, or tags, to a non-conforming primary image, to being misclassified in core details, to intellectual property infringements, and lot in between.
