Need help etsy. I can't renew any of my listings today. I'm in Australia, internet connection is fine. Can't understand why I cannot renew. Thinking it is a glitch. I just get the red 'oh oh something went wrong' red banner message.
Same issue for me for three days! The workaround works. Go to each individual listing and click on them one at a time, avoiding Shop Manager. Why no telephone support???
I found a work around but it is not quick, fun or easy. I have been using it for the past two days. You can go into each item's page and renew from the item page. Again not fast or easy but it is the only thing that works. I have tried browser, different computers and phones and clearing cache this is a backend problem. So, as long as you go into the item completely and you are signed into your account you can renew each item individually. Hope this helps.
Divine here reporting live from Boston. Well I survived my exhilarating bubble bath, but it looks like the Etsy staff is either missing in action, or has passed out, down for the count, and even not breathing. Goodness this is unheard of, I've never witnessed anything like this before in the history of etsy. If we happen to find them, I may have to administer my grandmother's smelling salts to help revive them. Let's hope they are found soon, let's hope they're alright, let's keep our fingers crossed, and bow our heads in a moment of silence
