I cannot mark orders as complete

I have two open orders, and I tried to purchase the shipping label and couldn't do it (two items in one order), so I got the label at the Pirate ship and had the package shipped. But now I cannot mark order as complete - I paste the tracking number and... there is no final step, no button to click,  ENTER doesn't work. So I sent the message to the buyer with tracking. 

Now I have two overdue orders, I might lose the Star seller badge because I don't ship in time. And I wonder what I will do with the next orders - they will stay open forever? How to mark them complete? I wonder if it's only my problem or some kind of a glitch of Etsy.

Are you clicking on the icon that looks like a clock (on the order page)? That's how you mark an item as completed when you use a different shipping service.

Thank you, I had more than 3000 orders completed, and now it doesn't work. ((((

Try reducing the size of your screen, it may have been zoomed in and the button to complete has moved off the page.

Make sure you are not pasting in a space by accident (this is just a guess)

Thank you, the little window for the tracking is still there, I paste the number and that's it. It doesn't proceed. And I have no idea why it's happening.

I have the same issue, cannot marked "shipped" for some orders and now have about 5 orders overdue. wonder if this is happening to anyone else and what did you do about it.

Clear cache, cookies, sign out & sigh back in.  Are you using Safari browser, I have lots of problems with mine!
