ACTIVE LISTINGS WITH EXPIRED PAST DATES
I've noticed an issue while updating shipping profiles.
Pages 31-55, among my 55 pages of "active" listings, display expired dates going back to 2021, 2022, and 2023, such as "Expires December 9th, 2023" but is active.
A total of 24 pages show active listings that are actually show expired dates. This situation raises concerns as it involves a significant amount of time & money. I've reached out to Etsy chat, and they directed me that someone will email me from a "special department" that handles such issues. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

Yes, it's been a glitch for years now for many sellers. I currently have 3 that should've auto-renewed last September. Usually, it's just a few listings that get ''overlooked'' but just recently another seller had a load of listings that finally renewed all at once and she was hit with a large renewal fee. You have many more than that seller had though. Don't be surprised if that ''special department'' handles it and you also suddenly have a large bill to pay.
You can renew them yourself, a few a time, or else deactivate them for a while, if you're concerned.
@TheIDconnection: As mentioned, this has been an intermittent issue for quite a while. Yes you might get hit with a large renewal fee total all at once, but on the other hand it is something that you would have paid anyway (and presumably already budgeted for in your business expenses) and you have been using Etsy's money for free.
I have several showing last September expiration date, yet they remain on my pages and show as active listings. None of my listings have auto-renewal, so that can't be the problem for me...
The problem is that they show expired and active at the same time. If I think a listing is expired, but someone can purchase it, I may not have that item in inventory (and may not be able to reorder it). It's inconsistent where the expired/active listings are - they aren't all at the end, and they are not associated with a "leap day" and they are random. I don't do auto renewal, because once many of my inventory items are sold, they are not able to be repurchased. I run a brick/mortar as well as etsy, and I'm constantly checking expired listings for in-stock availability.
