I cannot create scan form

I am unable to create a scan form for today's labels. When I click on the create scan form button, it won't bring it up. Please look into this. Thank you.

I haven't used a scan form in a while but from what I remember scan forms can only be generated/printed on the day of shipping not the day before. Since today is Sunday you can't ship until tomorrow so the labels likely say shipping tomorrow so it may not even let you make a scan form.

And this bit is highlighted in light grey - "It is only possible to print a SCAN form for shipping labels that have both a purchase date and ship date of today. It is not possible to print SCAN forms for labels purchased on different days. "

So by the sounds of that you may not even be able to print it up tomorrow hmmm.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, this was the case. It is an ongoing issue that I’ve had. I have been able to print scan forms on Sundays. The scan form button was highlighted, but it wouldn’t take me to the scan form when I clicked on it this time. And while I understand that it is Sunday, there are times when I need to go to the post office early on Monday. There are times that I don’t have time to print it out that morning. I do feel like it should be available to us on Sundays as well. Thanks again
