I can't upload the information for my card so I can't get paid

My old card expired this last month and I am trying to upload the information of my new card but Etsy won't let me, this message appears "There was an error processing your request. Please try again." with no other information. I contacted support and they have been of no help. The issue is not my card since I contacted them and no attempt has been made from Etsy, I tried different browsers, the app the seller app... Everything! My card has been accepted from other sites like amazon, paypal etc

My funds are on hold and I can't make any purchases 

I don't know what else to do.. if someone has the answer please let me know

There is nothing to "upload" - you need to type in the info.

I had this issue with my card, had to wait it out untill the glitch went away.

the old one expired so I got a new card, it is a different card with new expiration date

go to the buyer part of your account, add it there, then delete the old one,

then do the same on the seller side
