I need help with print label fonts. they are way too small for customs labels and unreadable, the actual label is fine but the accompanying customs label fonts are way too small, I've tried different browsers and it's the same result. here is an example of my Brother thermal printer 4x6 Image
Are you printing via Etsy for Evri, or via Evri's website?
Evri provide labels in both a4 and 4x6 format. It's entirely possible, etsy don't and are trying to print an a4 sized on a 4x6, thereby rendering it too small.
