I can't sign in to my shop

Help please.  I can't sign into my shop, I get the red error message and I know my password is correct.  How do I contact Etsy to report this, it says that I have to sign in to do this and I can't sign in.

@SaSousaJewellery: According to some posts in this forum, sometimes doing a refresh <F5> on the webpage AFTER logging in lets you continue.

Refresh the page and try again. Sounds like you're stuck in a loop.

Hi thanks for all those tips, unfortunately, none of those work as I can't log in in the first place, and it won't let me reset my password either.  I've tried everything I can after trawling through the help topics and nothing works, can't even send a message to etsy as I have to log in to do that.  I did find an old email from them and emailed from that but they haven't bothered to reply, so I've closed my shop.

I'm sorry for your problem, how do you manage to close your shop without logging into your account?

I went into Etsy main page and somehow managed it from there.

@SaSousaJewellery   On a computer > This is BEFORE YOU SIGN IN.... press the Sign In, then you will see the red error message with the gray colored sign in > Press the circular arrow in the upper left area of your computer toolbar (reload page).
