I can't see any product descriptions.

When I search products on Etsy or look at my own products, I can't see any product descriptions, they are gone.  What do I do?

Nothing on the page. scrolling does not help it is blank on my store and any one else's.

I was just coming on to say the same thing. No product descriptions showing on any product ive looked at . Not even my own.

Well I guess at least I'm not alone.  They show up on my phone; but not my computer.

I just got off the phone with Etsy, that was not all that helpful, but he's forwarding it on to another department.

@AnythingTexasVintage: More variations on the current test perhaps. "They show up on my phone" App or browser? Are you logged into the same account when viewing on both your phone and computer?

No, not logged in on both.

@AnythingTexasVintage: Then Etsy probably considered it two different guest accounts and one went into the test and the other did not.

@AnythingTexasVintage Nobody knows for sure if it’s a test or a slow rollout. Either way, it’s got disaster written all over it.

Yes, moving the descriptions is a big mistake.  They are not obvious anymore.  Please ETSY put them back to where they were.

If this is a new format, it is AWFUL! all that blank space for them to (hopefully) scroll through? Great way to lose potential buyers.

This is just crazy. More returns for everyone if buyers cant read about an item. The layout is so stupidly confusing for buyers. Who is suggesting these changes? Obviously not someone that has had an Etsy shop.
