I can't chat with Etsy Support -the icon in the corner has disappeared

 Even though I have a seller badge (which I worked hard for), the quick reply icon has disappeared since yesterday and I can't use the chat. Has anyone had a similar problem? Please help. I reported the problem through the help center but no one answered

I only get the chat icon later in the day, in the morning it is never there
