I received an email earlier today from Etsy about there being a problem with my card and that I needed to update it. I've had this issue with one of my subscriptions too so I know it's an easy fix of removing and re-entering the card info.
But I can't access the billing tab at all. Whenever I click on it, it just gives me the loading circle. I even tried it on the app to see if it was just a website issue and got the same result.
I'm at a loss of what to do here.

I’m having the exact same issue right now and have contacted Etsy support - both phone and laptop shows the page is loading when I click on “billing” but nothing comes up

I am also having the exact same issue. Etsy's been bugging me since June 7th (via e-mails) and I finally had time to grab my wallet and sit down at the computer today to update. But I just get a constantly loading/spinning circle. I've tried multiple browsers, and even got my husband to try the same with his account, same result.

For the past 3 weeks my funds have not been deposited into my bank because I deleted my card on file since I had lost it and was waiting for a replacement. Now that I have my new card I wanted to add it so I can finally get my deposit but the billing tab on both phone and laptop doesn’t load. There is just a circle loading but never pops up anything. I’ve tried reaching out to Etsy via chat but they just said someone would reach out to me on my email and nothing yet. I really need my funds… anyone else having that problem?
I haven't had this problem but there is a call back number you could try, hope this helps and you can get it done.
I am having this exact problem and Etsy has made no attempt to reach out to me. I use a third party to print to order and without my funds being able to be deposited, I am paying out of pocket to the third party printer for all my orders.
Same here, my card was remplaced after a loss, I cannot change my billing settings in order to pay the amount due to june.
