I can not see any messages in inbox

So someone wrote to me saying they was not able to download the file that should have been sent when they bought this item. 

So I checked and it only showed that they fav my shop and liked a posting. 

Does not show them buying anything. 

Also the inbox is not showing their awhole message when I click on it.

everything is blank, i am not able to see anything from it. 

They said they posted the OTP for it but i can not see it.

No order?  Then I would message back that you have no order from them.

Does the message have a box that says whether or not to accept the message?  That may be why you are seeing partial or it could be the buyer was typing from their phone or other device and it hiccupped.

They may also have confused your shop with another they may have purchased from.

In case you didn't notice, your shop name is Kitty Meow Digital and your banner, icon, and shop title say SATO Designs.
