The items I had listed in my shop are missing.
It says that I have 0 items when I should have 17.
Was my store hacked? Or did Etsy do something?
How do I get the items back?
Thank you.
@AllDolledUpUSA Could they have expired? Look in Shop Manager - Listings - see the filters on the right for "Expired" or "Inactive"
@AllDolledUpUSA - It could be just a technical glitch. Or it could be the results of an action Etsy did with purpose.
Check your email, including spam, to see if you received any emails from Etsy about deactivating listings.
I would suggest reading this: https://www.etsy.com/seller-handbook/article/the-ultimate-guide-to-intellectual/22398703823
In the end you will probably need to contact Etsy. To do this go to Shop Manager - Community & Help - Contact Us - Seller Help then choose the best option, but don't hesitate to look for & use the "I still need help" option.
Perhaps Etsy removed your listings because of your reference to brand names, such as American Girl, etc. I suggest that you remove all brand names from your listings, shop announcement, about section or wherever else they might be. Just say that your doll clothes are made to fit 18 inch dolls.
You can not use the names of certain copyrighted dolls to call attention to your listings. The copyright holder can file a complaint and Etsy will remove your listings. Going forward, you should refrain from using copyrighted words in your listings. When you persist in copyright infringement, Etsy will close your shop permanently. I am guessing that this is the problem.
You probably had them deactivated for the use of "American Girl"
