I am unable to submit the documents, what can I do?

My shop has been temporarily suspended. I am unsure of the reason for this action, I have attached seven documents, but the system is indicating that more are required. Please advise on how to proceed. I can not find a channel to contact support, please.

Did they ask for a copy of your ID? That should only be one page. Passport, drivers license.

I am able to select the type of document I want to upload. However, when I attempt to submit the document, an error message appears stating "Please upload up to 7 business documents" Despite this restriction, I am not able to proceed with the submission process. Do you know what can I do?

Is there any support? I have been trying to upload docs as well and there is no where for me to upload them, I can't edit anything and the only thing I get is a link to "help" me, that does nothing. Wow, I wish I had known how difficult is was to deal with Etsy or the fact they have no customer service.

You don't need to upload 7 documents, it is saying you can upload up to 7 documents. 

If you have already uploaded your documents then wait until your account has been verified.

Go back to the Help menu and go to Contact us.

What worked for me was submitting only ONE document at a time. Must be a glitch, OR the fact that they have “you can upload 7 documents” makes everyone mistakenly think you can upload multiple. Plus, it will show multiples uploaded on that page, but then you can’t press “submit” So yeah, only do one at a time.

Hang on, that may not have worked either. Not sure you can even upload more than one either way. When I uploaded the second, it exchanged it for the first upload and said “pending verification”. In Australia our names are on one side of the license and our address is on the back. So how are we supposed to upload up to 7? Etsy really needs to look into this. Then we have to wait 2-3 for approval, then send a second upload? Then wait 2-3 more days, in the meantime, my shop which just made its first sale is visible to no one for over a week because of a glitch in this part of the system.

@VenomKitty44: A suggestion made in this forum in the past has been to combine all of your documentation into a single image to upload.
