My Message stats are not updating with the most up to date rates which is affecting my star seller rating. My report is showing messages only through 4/11 when I’ve had many messages that I’ve responded to that should have me reaching the 95% rate. The current rate is 89% which does not reflect all of the messages.
It’s only the initial message not a continual conversation that counts.
@CouturethreadsStudio Download a CSV file for messages and see which ones they think you missed.
@CouturethreadsStudio: This forum is full of Messaging issues and perhaps one of them is affecting the stats. Was each of the Messages you replied to the FIRST message of a NEW INCOMING THREAD (all that counts for Star Seller)?
Yes. I received an initial message from a potential buyer, responded within 24 hours and still have not seen these change my stats. Looking at my report, none of these appear
@CouturethreadsStudio: Keep in mind that a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you actually replied and that Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) are updated only once per day so there may be an additional day's delay.
All NEW threads require answering within 24 hours. Continuing conversations do not count.
If you receive a Help request and a regular message both must be answered even if they are on the same topic.
If you message someone from the order page but do not do the message in Messages that is also a ding.
So it is NEW messages in Message system that count for star seller.
If you received anything that needs no reply that still needs to be answered if it is new.
Check the CSV to see where the issue of answering may be.
