I have met the criteria for several badges on my Etsy shop, but I have not received any badges. I’ve already contacted customer support via email but have not received any response. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows a solution, I would appreciate your advice.
Thank You.

All Crafty had to do was look at the 5th most recent sale (since SS requires you have at least 5 sales in the review period) to see that it was renewed in May and therefore couldn't have sold within the review period, which means you had at most 4 sales in the review period.
You should be able to see the amount of sales in your SS screen. I don't know what it looks like when you haven't met the minimum because it disappears once you've reached that.
Please review the information about the program. Even if you qualify for the on-time shipping and message response, you are not eligible for any badges to show if you don't first meet the minimum of 5 sales and $300 during the 3-month review period.
Same here, I tried contacting etsy via chat yesterday, waited over 30 minutes for a response and gave up. I have qualified for all badges, but not star seller as I didn't earn enough over the relevant period.
@FruteJuce you have to meet the two 'hidden' metrics (number of sales and revenue) before you get any badges displayed.
Same here! I’ve completed all the criteria but haven’t received any badges, such as the Speedy Reply or On-Time Shipping badges. I’m confused—if I’ve met the requirements, why hasn’t Etsy awarded the badges?
did you also reach the 5 sales and $300
I got the sales but not the revenue.
And the other metrics are at 100% for tracked and speedy delivery, and 5.0 for feedback. No cases against me.
Those badges used to be displayed but are not for me now.
if you don't have 5 sales AND $300 in the previous 3 months, no badges are displayed
If you do have 5 sales and $300, you have the badges displayed that you earned.
@CraftyCornishMaids Yep, I know that you have to have at least 5 sales and reach $300, what I am saying is right up until 1st of September all badges were showing apart from Star Seller as I hadn't reached the $300 mark. But after 1st September no badges are showing despite there being no changes to my delivery, over 5 sales, message answering and no cases against me. So they have either changed it since 1st of September so that no badges show unless you have Star Seller or there is a problem and my other badges should be showing.
what shows on your dashboard, is not what is displayed on your shopfront
your shop dashboard can show 3 badges, and more than 5 sales, but less than $300,
that's YOUR dashboard for YOU to see the information.
but etsy will only show whatever badges you have earned, on your shopfront, for everyone to see,
if you also have the 5 sales AND $300
@FruteJuce: So either Etsy made a mistake in your favor or you did have enough sales during May, June, and July to be considered for the August badges. In any case they recalculated on September 1st using the data from June, July, and August.
As @CraftyCornishMaids mentioned, first you need to meet the order quantity and volume requirements and only if you meet those requirements do they look at the other stats. It has always been like that.
You don't get any badges unless you had at least 5 sales in the last 3 month period, and you made at least $300 in sales.
@SiamJewelBKK @FruteJuce : Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and on that day you first need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.
I completed all the required criteria but I didn't get any badges.

in addition, go to your star seller page and download the cvs files. Those provide very specific information.
Your shop looks new. Congratulations on your sales so far and earning some of the badges quickly. I'm guessing that the # of orders and total revenue requirements for the previous 3 months are the snag.
You don't get any badges (and never have) unless you meet the 5 sales and $300 minimums. If badges did display and you hadn't met those two minimums then that was a glitch in the system.
I think it was a glitch in system. I tried to contact etsy support but they are not replying to my emails.
The reason people become confused is because if you do meet the 5 sales and $300 then those boxes never appear in your Star Seller. Many don't even know they exist until they fall below one of them and then they show up in Star Seller.
Star Seller is fully automated so I am sure if you had reached all the metrics you would have been awarded the star.
You have NOT met all the criteria
You have only had 4 sales in June-Aug
the 5th sale was 28th May, which is NOT counted in the 3 month review period.
as you have had less than 5 sales, you do not get the badge
I understand but could you please explain how you obtained these details about my shop? If there is a specific tool or method you used, I would greatly appreciate it if you could specify it, as it would be highly beneficial for me.
It's just a couple of clicks - no special tools or anything
I went to the sold listings,
clicked on a listing
the date on the bottom left, was when it was renewed after it sold.
If there was only 1 item, and is sold out, you can't tell
Can you explain where to find the sold listing section? I couldn't able to find it. Also, please tell me how to check other shop sales details it helps me a lot.
Thanking You.
on your main shop page, on the left it says
Could you please advise on how to check the number of products a shop sold last month?
