I've been attempting to reach Etsy support and have managed to navigate thru the system to the point where it asks you to click on the link sent to your email address that will verify your email address. To date, Etsy has sent me four emails each with a verification link.
The verification links in these emails bring me to a page that I've screenshotted but cannot upload here. Anyway, this page only shows the word "Null" five times and a click button inside which is the word "Null". The button doesn't link to anywhere. I can't report all this since contact with Etsy support is apparently no longer possible. It used to be, in the days before commerce was AI.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you get around it?
