I have had two issues this week with my inventory not being right. In on case, an item showed as being available when it had been sold a month before and another customer "bought" it. Fortunately, I was able to remake the item. Now today, a customer contacted me to ask if I could provide pair of earrings with gold ear wires. I was stunned to see my listing showed only silver, but I had two gold pairs as well. The photos of the gold pairs were in the listing, but did not show as available to purchase. So, I'll need to go through my entire shop to verify that what I have in inventory is accurately reflected in my shop. I've never run into this before. Both of these items were put in my shop a while ago and not added under the new listing format. Could things be dropping out with Etsy updates? Has anyone else had inventory discrepancies? This would not be good for sellers or Etsy if items aren't showing up to be sold or worse, items showing as available when they're not!
