I am using a POD company called Custom Cat to export my designed products into my Etsy store. Weeks ago I exported one listing into my store with no problem. Etsy charged me the 20 cents. Later I deleted the listing. Now I have exported five new listings into my store. However, I am not seeing any of the five products I've exported into my store. I contacted Custom Cat about it. I gave them my email and password and they looked into my account and listings. They could see all five of my products clearly listed in my store. They sent me a screen shot of them, yet I can't see them on my computer. Custom Cat and I are both using a laptop. I've tried Chrome and Internet Explorer, but I still have nothing listed in Listings on my computer. Custom Cat's screen shot shows Drafts and the number 5 (for 5 products listed) and the button is lit up. My computer shows Drafts dimmed and shows 0 without the button being lit up. I can't find any way to contact Etsy to see what's wrong. No phone number and the support button only takes me to links that do not address my problem. Is there any way to contact Etsy by phone? Can anyone help me with this problem? Thank you.
What are you selling? I don't see anything either?
Possibly Etsy is not allowing them to be listed?
BTW I would change password after giving them your password. You are supposed to protect your password.
You will probably need to contact Etsy.
BTW add your shop policies, location and about page which includes your POD information.
Internet explorer btw it a dead browser.
To contact Etsy use, Contact us in shop manager under Community. Click on seller account. Click on link close to issue. Look for 'I still need help'. You may get phone or email.

Do you have more than one account? Make sure you're logged into the right shop.
