Orange Icon Etsy Seller App Not Showing all My Listings

I use the old orange icon Etsy Seller app and today it is not showing all my listings.  Trying to keep up with inventory and when I search for it is not there.  I have closed app, restarted with same issue.  This is not occurring on my laptop,  just iPhone.  Is anyone else having this issue? Yes I know there is a new version.  I have tried it and don't care for it.

I much prefer the orange SOE app too, and yesterday I was having similar issues, but was able to resolve it by updating the iphone app (new version came out yesterday) ... hopefully your update will solve any issues you are experiencing.

This issue (and many others) all seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data.

So do updates!  With iPhone 16 now out, it’s especially important to update all iPhone apps on your device to ensure everything is synchronized!

Simple fix is to sign out of the app, then back in,  That's usually all it takes to update all your current listings and activities.

I had that problem the other day - none of my listings showing. I closed app restarted phone but still nothing.  Gave up and used laptop. Next day back to normal.   Sometimes it mixes listings from both my shops as if they were all in one shop!  And I have tried the new blue seller app and I hate it. Deleting photos takes 3 clicks instead of one and then I was unable to replace those in a copied listing with new ones....

I have this issue with both apps. It has been going on for about three months. It is very frustrating. only about 200 of 700 listings show at a time and not the same ones. I use my app to edit my listing old and new. Never an issue on my laptop. Has this issue been addressed? Is there a cause?
