Hi all. I've a customer who reached out to me asking where her item was. It was delivered last week and I sent her the information and the address it shipped to. She says that the address was not what she entered and is not even near her. Interesting.
Any idea how she can contact Etsy on this?
Thanks,
David

I contacted support as the seller and had them call me. They said to let her know to open a case for a refund and I should refuse/ignore the case and it will escalate so she can message them.

The one your buyer would be given in the help section.

@anythinggoeshere When I go there in the help on the site as a buyer, it wants me to contact the seller.
