How to make email contact to Etsy with a Technical Glitch in their system on my page

I can not find a way to write Etsy about a technical issue .

My customers both left 5 star reviews but showing on my page as 4 star reviews.

Verified this by contacting buyers.  They said they fixed but still showing as 4 not 5.

There is no longer a way to email Etsy anymore, unless I am looking in the wrong place.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Even if you get a hold of Etsy it is highly doubtful they will "correct" this . It is up to the buyer to do so.  Probably they are using a mobil device and the app rather than a browser on a computer. This is what mobil devices do--It looks to them like they are leaving 5 stars but  4 is the most one can leave  on a device.

About the only way to get to Etsy support anymore is thru the help option or  on your dashboard community and help>contact us.

Agreed. If you want to ask the buyers to change them (I wouldn't), they can upgrade the review on a computer—not their phones.

I wrote a very nice reply on the review, asking what I could have done better or to let me know what I missed.

Buyer was very sweet, and said she did leave a 5 star, and then changed it on her own without me asking.

I will let her know about the upgrade works.

if you replied to the review the buyer can no longer change their review, even if you have deleted your response.
