Messages reload and response is deleted

Hi!

When using the Sell on Etsy app on my iPad- messages will reload every time the buyer messages. So they will send a message, I’ll start to respond, then they follow up with more separate messages and the long response I typed is lost. So I start to retype… and of course they send another message and my responses is lost again since every time they send a message- it reloads on my end. 

Very weird and very frustrating. Luckily- it’s usually rare I’m on my iPad - but has this been an issue for anyone else? Any solutions?

I feel your pain! I don't use my iPad to run my business but when I am writing an email or answering chats if I happen to be on it, I type in Notes and then copy and paste my response. Maybe that would help relieve some of the frustration?

@DesignCircusTwo Yes, I’ve had exactly the same problem - very frustrating! I no longer use the app to write messages, I use the Safari browser on my iPad for pretty much everything except rearranging the order of listing pictures - that works in the new (blue) app, but not in the browser.
