How to get star seller qualification?

The message response rate is 100%, the average score is 4.8, the on-time shipping & tracking is 100%, and the sales period has been over 90 days. Why is there no star seller qualification?

How long has it been since your first sale? SSP begins 90 days after your first Sale

Have you 5 Orders and Revenue over $ 300 USD as well?

Current Review Period is for the Badge to be awarded 01 Feb for 01 Nov to 31 Jan.

Past Review Period is for the Badge which was awarded 01 Jan for 01 Oct to 31 Dec

Your first review was left in early December, so it sounds like you are very new to Etsy.  You don't qualify for SS until 90 days from your first sale, if your first sale was more recent than that, you have to wait until after the 90 days.
