I have a really annoying problem. Yesterday morning I tried to log into my account and the site said the password was incorrect, which of course was not the case. I tried to reset the password and I used the link Etsy sent me. After that it asked for an Authentication code. The thing is that I have never ticked that option and never linked my Etsy shop to Google authenication or any similar app.So I cannot log into my account and it is a vicious circuit. My other shop has no problem like this and I can enter it without this. Please help. I tried contacting Etsy, but of course I never got a reply. I also never got an email for suspension or something like this. My listing s are active. This is so frustrating!
