I used to see the chat box with the Etsy support team but now I don't see it anymore, does anyone know how to find the chat box with the Etsy support team? I want to talk to the support staff, not the machine, I emailed Etsy, but all the same answers. Can anyone help me?

The chat box appears during daytime hours in NYC. It's 8:45am on a Sunday right now here in NY and I do see the button on my Dashboard. I'm not sure how Etsy is currently vetting for who does and does not get the chat button.
Don't expect too much from the chat. The person who talks with you is working from scripted responses and is able to handle only a few basic issues. Very likely, you'll be referred to email or the help pages here on Etsy, which are already available to you. There's really no magic in the "special" chat button, but of course it is nice to feel heard by a human being. My experience is that the chat people are very good listeners.
The auto messages are AI, you will need to repeatedly message them over and over until a person comes in to help.
I may be wrong but I think the live chat box in the dashboard is still only available to star sellers, not sure why as we all pay the same fees.
Seems rather childish, customer service should be available to all.. well at least what Etsy calls customer service

I’m a star seller and can’t get the chat box to come up. I have been waiting for a response to an important email for over 3 days.
ive been waiting 3 weeks for a respose to an email as my messages to custmers are suspended

There is no email address to email etsy support directly. You have to go through the support ticket system.
There is a direct link to start a support ticket in every sellers shop manager.
Shop manager > help > contact us.
The key to getting to the actual support options vs just going in circles is to look for 'I still need help' at the bottom of one of the pages. Click that and it should take you to the currently available support options for that issue. (live chat, phone call back or email). Keep in mind that the live chat and phone support are just call center folks that work with a script. They can only help with a very very limited set of basic issues most of which are covered in the Help Center. The email support will get you to an actual etsy employee eventually but it may take several weeks.
Chat should be available 24/7 - I am currently (albeit slowly) talking to someone about shipping not working. Have you tried going through all of the help centre prompts, then clicking "still need help"? It should come up then xx
