nowhere to enter verification code for new bank account

Hey all, I need to remove an old bank account and replace it with a new one. I already added my new information and received the 1 cent deposit in my new bank account, but when I click on the email link etsy sent me to "enter verification code", it takes me to my finances page where my old bank is still entered, and there is nowhere to enter the code. When I click "edit" by my old information, it takes me through the entire process over again. I don't want to keep entering new bank account number over and over again, and risk getting my account suspended. Anyone else go through this? I sent a message to support but no reply so far.

Generally, you can enter the code 2 or 3 days after you receive the deposit.

They sent me the code on the 15th, so I’m not sure why it’s still not working. Thanks though!

If all else fails, ask Etsy to remove your bank account from your Etsy account. That's what they did for me ... I think that was 2 years ago. Then I entered the SAME bank account again and that verified it!

Weird!! Mine is going from one bank account to a new one, I wonder if it will still work the same. My worry is that I am closing out my old bank account, so it won’t even exist anymore. But I will try following up as you suggested! Thanks!

It usually takes 48hrs for the boxes to appear for you to enter the amount.  Not sure why it is taking longer.
