How to contact etsy

This is rediculous.

Takes forever to search forums. Cannot reach email or chat with etsy; going round in circles.

My listings are tagged with search words that describe my items.

My items are not showing up in searches using key words.

Have no idea how long this has been going on.

That is not something Etsy will help you with. Your shop is indexed.

Contact us under Help.  Find a topic close to your question.  Look for 'I still need help'  That opens email.  

Your shop is indexed and your items are in search.  I can easily find them.

This is not a technical issue.

If many people are using the same keywords as you, only the top-ranking 1,000 will show to shoppers. That's just the reality of search on Etsy.

The other problem may be that you are using "Native American", and specific tribe names, to describe items that are not made by actual First Nations people. This is illegal in the United States, and using a disclaimer is no help. Etsy does hide some rule-breaking items from search results.

As stated, your shop is indexed, and there is no problem. I just searched "corn maiden" and your listing was in the 3rd row.

If you're trying to be found for overly broad search terms, it can be sheer competition.

But keep in mind that if everyone on this forum searched for the exact same phrase (or keyword) they would all get different results. Because of "personalized searches" you can NOT rely on anyone's search results - particularly your own - to define how your listing is ranked.

Even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear in search results.

Plus when the algorithm keeps seeing that you are not purchasing the items it shows you it will eventually stop showing those items to you.

I searched Jingle Bell Dancer and your item came up on page 1 of search.  I searched Warrior Woman, and that doll also came up on page 1 of search.  

You cannot claim your items aren't showing up in searches using your keywords, because they do.
