How much time does a customer have to change a review after refund?
Hello,
My customer and I agreed upon a refund after a bad review she gave me. I will refund her but I need to know how much time she has to change her review.
I know there is a 48 hour window to re-review after cancellation - I know it by experience.
I will resend her order and by the time it arrives, I am afraid it might be too late for her to change her review.

They have 100 days from the original date of delivery to edit their review as long as you don't reply to it. It appears that that buyer has a lot of time left as long as you don't cancel the transaction as you are aware.

Customers are usually unlikely to change a review no matter what you do to help, thats just human nature

Some may not realize that they can change a review. Years back, I myself assumed that I couldn't. Each website has different rules.
