How do you get Etsy to answer a message - Very Frustrating!

I have sent a message way over 24hours ago and no reply - how do I get someone to help??  Very frustraging!

Patience. It's the weekend, and may be understaffed.

Have you looked through the seller handbook and/or the forums for an answer? Can you ask here and perhaps we long-time sellers can answer?

@blessedlifeaus  - Your shop has no payment methods showing.

Look through your emails from Etsy - including spam & promos - to see if they requested additional information from you.
They may need additional ID from you or there may be additional banking information needed - or you may need to have your bank account verified.
