How do I contact Etys?

Whenever I get to the option to click contact etsy, it keeps bringing me back to the first page of the help center and not giving me the email or phonecall option. Do they have a contact phone number that actually works and not the google one?

In future, use Contact Us > Selling on Etsy > Select a Topic and buypass all pre-set questions > Look for "I Still Need Help" at the bottom. If that does not give a Chat/Email/Call Back option then select another Topic and repeat until you do get contact options.

Not all Topics have Contact available and, for those that do, this changes depending on time of day / workload etc

@ChristmasIsLove Are you logged in to your Help Center (Top right on the blue Banner near your Avatar?)

This has happened before when I could see the Contact options and others here could not and we realised that the log in had not been completed.

Those options are certainly showing at this time

Etsy help does not have a phone number, you can try this link:

If you get a canned reply, click on "I still need help" and don't put in another request as then they think the first one was answered, just stick to one message that you answer.

For call backs on the weekdays you can go through Shop Manager>Community & Help>Contact Us>Selling on Etsy>(select appropriate drop-down)> I Still Need Help>... Call backs are 7a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time in English.

There is no way to directly call or email etsy. You have to open a support ticket (see link above) or try when chat is available. It's not available at all times, and is only for certain subjects, I think.

Why not ask your question here, as many veteran sellers often know the answers. We can't help with personal or financial information, obviously.
