How do I change my web address profile name?

Hello,

A few years ago when I've created my account on Etsy I used a different name than the one I have now on my shop and profile. While changing the shop's name did affect the web address name, changing the name in my profile did nothing to the URL of the profile itself.

So, is it possible to change this: https://www.etsy.com/people/NAME with the new name?

If you had a different user name before, it was in a different Etsy account. You can't change your Etsy user name. We've never been able to change it.
