Hi all!
I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but I have just opened my shop and my husband helped me to create an Etsy-app to monitor my sales, since he is a "tech genius".
During the testing of the app we set the shop in Developer mode, which means that my listings cannot be found when searching e.g. my shop is invisible to customers.
According to Etsy I should send an email to developer@etsy.com to get the shop out of developer mode.
I have done this but no response what so ever in over a week now.
I can see that I have an open support ticket from my email, but after MANY reminders and chat session I get zero reply from Etsy support.
So basically I have an invisible shop that cannot be found and have no way to get out of the situation.
Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
Opening a new shop seems a bit far fetched.
Any help appreciated!

Etsy is very slow to respond.
"many reminders" Are you sending the reminders? You should just keep one ticket open because if you open new ones then the old ones get closed so you are back to square one. Even if you receive a generic reply you should respond saying you still need help.
You might just have to wait it out.

Is it the shop that you are posting from or a different shop?

Edited - I was able to get to your shop from your profile but when I searched for it, I could not find it.

That is what happens in Developer mode.
