Can anyone please help? I have been all over Etsy's "Contact Support". What a joke, there is no way to actually contact anyone. I'm running a 20% off sale in my shop BUT the headers with my thumbnails are saying 25% off. Then when you click on the listing an go into it it's showing the correct price of 20% off. I tried ending the sale so I could redo it but the 25% off is remaining on the thumbnails. Then when you go in it shows full price. I don't know what to do.
I did finally reach someone and they did something behind the scenes. I'm not sure what but at least they did get it fixed. Thank you all who went and looked and tried to help. I wish they didn't make it so difficult to actually reach someone.
Yes, I'm seeing 25% off too, but when viewing the listings I also don't see any sale price, 20 or 25%. I'm seeing the original non-sale prices.
How long ago did you end the sale? Sometimes any change you make takes a while to adjust. Listing a new item, for example, and it could show up in the shop right away or 2 hours later.
Just another day but with a different glitch?
I am also seeing 25% off on your thumbnails and full price in your listings. Very odd. Have you tried Chat? They're not always much of a help though.
@SadiesVintagePlace Just refreshed your shop page and the sale prices are gone on everything except the 'featured listings'. Those 4 listings still have the 25% off. Either give it a little more time to fix itself or unfeature them and then feature them again.
I guess you tried again to fix it. I am seeing 20% on your thumbnails and in your listings now. Glad it's working correctly for you now.

@SadiesVintagePlace If a support bot cannot answer your question, then generated AI will connect you with an agent. Not sure why that didn't work for you. In situations like the one you have, a bot cant help fix the discount glitch. Next time ask to chat with a support agent.
